NOIDA, Dec. 4 -- The Gautam Budh Nagar district magistrate Monday booked the prime accused in the murder of local BJP leader Shiv Kumar and two others in November 2017 under the National Security Act.
The 30-year-old accused man has been identified as Arun Yadav.
Recently, Yadav had applied for bail following which he was again detained by the police. He was seen as a threat to society as per senior police and administration officers. Officials have also attached properties of eight other alleged gangsters, including Anil Dujana, Latoori Singh and Pratap Bhati, under NSA.
