NOIDA, Dec. 6 -- The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has said it will revise the list of 321 unauthorised colonies since the existing list does not mention the land chunk numbers as given in the revenue records on the basis of which registries of such colonies can be stopped.
The district magistrate had recently directed the sub-registrars to ensure that such lands are not registered.
In the wake of the direction, the GDA provided the sub-registrars a list of 321 such colonies. The list included names and areas of these colonies.
However, as per rules, the list should contain land chunk numbers on the basis of revenue records in case of stoppage of registries.
