New Delhi, Jan. 16 -- A 21-year-old student was arrested for allegedly sending three e-mails threatening to kidnap and harm Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's daughter, which the police claimed was sent to "draw people's attention" and get quick treatment for his alleged mental illness.
