DEHRADUN, Jan. 11 -- Over six months after chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat approved the formation of a common foundation for conservation of wildlife in the state, forest minister Harak Singh Rawat on Thursday informed that the process is still underway.

The minister said, "We had decided to form an apex body for conservation of wildlife in the state with separate executive bodies for different parks, but it has not been formed yet as the finance division of the state government has not cleared the file till now."
