JAMMU, Feb. 8 -- Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha speaker Dr Rajiv Bindal is suffering from swine flu. Bindal informed the house after chief minister's reply on discussion that he was suffering from swine flu. He said he had visited Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) hospital for check-up and laboratory test results showed positive for swine flu. He said that due to his ill health, he will not be able to attend the house and in his absence deputy speaker Hans raj will preside over the proceedings of the house. Chief minister Jai Ram Thakur will present budget for the state on February 9.
