SRINAGAR, Jan. 11 -- Shah Faesal, the IAS officer, who resigned almost nine years after he became the first Kashmir to top the IAS exam, asked the state's young people on Thursday what he should do next, as was courted by both mainstream and separatist leaders. "As of now I have quit the service. What I am going to do hereafter also depends on what people of Kashmir want me to do. More so the youth... I am sure you have ideas too and you want me to factor those ideas in before I take final decision," he wrote on Facebook.
