NEW DELHI, Feb. 11 -- Union minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday questioned the Congress's allegations about irregularities in purchase of the Rafale aircraft and the Centre's interference with the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)'s functioning. He said over the last two months there have been several "fake campaigns". Jaitley added that it was about time that India and its institutions are protected from these "institution wreckers".
