Panjim, Feb. 12 -- Following directions from the High Court, the National Centre for Sustainable Coastal Management (NCSCM) has decided to identify and demarcate the high tide line (HTL) along the Goa Marriot resort hotel site based on morphological signatures following the guidelines provided by the Union Ministry for Environment and Forest (MoEF).
