PANJIM, Feb. 12 -- State government has given its nod to 'Sunburn Klassique' Electronic Dance Music (EDM) festival, scheduled to be held at Vagator later this month. The State Level Permission Committee (SLPC) that held its first meeting recommended granting NOC to the festival and Tourism Minister Manohar Azgaonkar has asserted that government is going ahead with the festival.
"The committee decides nitty-gritty of the festival like the venue, fees, etc. As per my opinion, we should take advantage of this opportunity to boost tourism.
