PANJIM, Feb. 16 -- For the first time, the annual Carnival celebrations will be disabled friendly with Enable Travel, accessible holiday specialist, along with India's first wheelchair taxi service Ezy Mov and Disability Rights Association of Goa (DRAG) having come together to improve the level of accessibility and inclusion during the four day festivity.

To begin with, the Carnival will be made accessible in Panjim where elevated platforms with ramps will be provided especially for the wheelchair users.
