Kathmandu, Dec. 3 -- India completed the clean sweep of the second South Asian U-21 Badminton Championship on Sunday winning gold in all five events here at the APF headquarters court in Halchowk.
Priyanshu Rajawat clinched the men's singles title with a 16-21, 21-16, 21-17 win over Ranthushka Sasindu of Sri Lank in the final. Nabin Shrestha and Sunil Joshi of Nepal finished joint third.
Another Indian shuttler Malvika Bansod beat compatriot Purva Barve 21-12, 21-8 in the final to win the women's singles crown. Fathimath Nabaaha of Maldives and Hasini Ambalangodge of Sri Lanka ended up as joint bronze winners.
