Kathmandu, Jan. 19 -- The Smart Urban Technology Challenge-2018 has received 452 ideas from four different categories to identify and solve problems related to urban development in the metropolis.

The Kathmandu Metropolitan City on December 13 had launched the Challenge to give a platform to over 100 innovative ideas where the participants had to come up with creative ideas to sort out the problems faced by the metropolis.

The submission date closed on January 14. The commission plans to reveal the best 100 ideas on www.kathmanduchallenge.org on Monday. "We have assigned 12 experts to choose the best 100 ideas," said Saroj Basnet, coordinator at the commission.
