GUWAHATI, Jan. 21 -- The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) is organising a commemorative lecture tomorrow, as part of its celebrations on 25 years of its presence in the North East, stated a press release issued here today. The lecture will be delivered at 11.30 am by Dr Renu Swarup, Secretary, Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, at the NEDFi House at Dispur.
