SIVASAGAR, Jan. 21 -- Sri Sundarmal Modern School defeated Rangpur Rastrabhasa by 28 runs in the 25th AP Rao Khireswar Dutta Inter School Cricket Tournament being played at the Darbar field here.
Opting to bat first, Sundarmal boys scored 109 all out in 23 overs. Julien Kanwar (18) and Abhisek Shah (16) were the top scorers. Bihal Singh of Rangpur took three wickets for 15 runs. In reply, Rangpur were bundled out for 81 in 16.2 overs with Ranjan Rai top scoring with 40.
