GUWAHATI, Jan. 21 -- Police arrested three persons identified as Khagen Das, Riman Sarma and Sanjay Purao under The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, for allegedly circulating an mms of a minor girl of Guwahati, this morning. According to the police, the mms was being prepared while one Raghunath Sahu, who is now absconding, attempted to rape the girl in Lachit Nagar area of the city.
