PATNA, March 2 -- The budget session of the Bihar legislature, which ended Friday, was packed with action since it commenced on February 12, when assembly Speaker Awadh Bihari Choudhary was voted out and a new alliance government under the same chief minister, Nitish Kumar, won the trust vote during which some legislators from the ruling alliance failed to turn up, giving a scare to the ruling alliance, which nonetheless managed an emphatic win with the help of three RJD legislators from the Opposition camp....
