India, May 1 -- In recent years, the Indian automotive market has witnessed a remarkable shift in consumer preferences, with SUVs emerging as the dominant force, comprising approximately 52 per cent of total vehicle sales. This trend marks a significant departure from the traditional dominance of hatchback vehicles in the Indian auto industry.
