RAIA, May 7 -- Margao SC defeated St Anthony's SC, Marna-Siolim, 1-0 to move into the final of Nerul Panchayat Cup organised by Nerul Sports Club at Nerul Sports Club ground, on Monday.
The first half started aggressively with both sides missing opportunities to take the lead. In the 16th minute, Michael gave Margao SC the lead with an easy finish goal.
Early in the second half, St Anthony SC missed a chance to equalise. St Anthony SC dominated the second half but couldn't get the much-needed equaliser. Margao SC now will face PVC Association in the final.
