Monrovia, May 7 -- Liberian sprinter Joseph Fahnbulleh made history for Liberia by qualifying for the Paris Olympics.

Recently, in the men's 4x100m relay, Fahnbulleh anchored the Liberian team to a second-place finish with a time of 38.65 seconds, according to the World Athletics' official website.

The record set by Fahnbulleh is a new national record for Liberia.

Joseph Fahnbulleh, a Liberian-American Olympic sprinter and a 2x NCAA champion, made an impressive performance at the 2024 World Athletics Bahamas Relays.
