Monrovia, April 26 -- Liberia Football Association (LFA) President Mustapha Raji says hiring of Salem Kebede as coach of the senior female National Team wasn't intended to "look down" on Liberian coaches.

Raji was speaking at the start of a three-day Instructor Refresher Course at the LFA HQ, where he introduced the Ethiopian as lead facilitator.

"I'm happy some of our coaches and instructors will benefit from Salem Kebede because the decision to hire the Ethiopian was based on her expertise and willingness to deliver additional knowledge.

"It wasn't intended to look down on our coaches' capability, but the experience she brings from the African continent," Raji stressed.
