Kathmandu, May 5 -- Japanese Foreign Minister Kamikawa Yoko concluded her visit to Nepal on Sunday after a day of high-level engagements.

The Japanese foreign minister touched down in Kathmandu in the morning, where she was welcomed by Foreign Secretary Sewa Lamsal at the Tribhuvan International Airport.

Following her arrival, the Japanese foreign minister proceeded to Basantapur Durbar Square, where she took some time to explore the historic site before beginning her official engagements. During her visit, which lasted approximately half an hour, she observed notable landmarks such as Kalabhairav and Hanumandhoka, as well as various cultural heritage sites and artefacts.
