Jammu, May 3 -- Even as the BJP managed to placate its sulking leader Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) block shattered into factions after the beginning of the election process in the cold desert of Ladakh.
A day after Congress candidate Tsering Namgyal filed his nomination papers without taking his coalition partner into confidence, another party supported the candidate from Kargil Haji Hanifa Jan filled his nomination as an independent candidate.
While Congress leaders from Kargil were seen accompanying the Independent candidate and the NC leaders, the leaders of the grand old party from Leh are with the Tsering Namgyal.
