Jammu, April 25 -- For the last six months, Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) Mehbooba Mufti has repeatedly been reiterating her commitment to strengthen opposition unity but the J&K Congress leadership decided to openly side with the National Conference.
On Thursday, Congress clarified its stance, stating its support for the National Conference over the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) for Parliamentary seats in Kashmir. This move aims to bolster unity within the constituents of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) bloc.
