RAJOURI, March 5 -- Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Om Prakash Bhagat, today presided over an important meeting of Nodal Officers to meticulously review the preparedness ahead of the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.
The meeting served as an important platform to sensitize all Nodal Officers regarding the roles and responsibilities of each officer during the electoral process. During the meeting, a threadbare discussion was held on various points including MCC, complaints monitoring, communication plan, sms monitoring, MCMC, material management, Manpower Management, EVM and VVPATs , training and SVEEP, printing of ballot papers, transport plan, randomisation of polling parties etc.
