India, April 2 -- The workplace is being dramatically reshaped by new technologies like artificial intelligence and automation. Industries are being turned upside down, and many current skills are becoming obsolete at a rapid pace. This huge wave of technological change requires workers to continually learn new skills - otherwise they risk being left behind.

The World Economic Forum predicts that 23% of jobs will be significantly disrupted by 2027 due to new technologies replacing old roles.
