Dar es Salaam, April 30 -- ARUSHA: TANZANIA Shipping Agencies Corporation (TASAC) has called maritime stakeholders to familiarise themselves with maritime governing laws to avoid unnecessary delays when applying for a licence.

TASACs Control and Shipping Officer Ms Selina Mikiti said on Monday at the ongoing national safety and health at workplace exhibitions in Arusha that many fail to comply with the requirements according to the laws when filing their licence applications. “We face some of the challenges in the shipping Industry.
