Sri Lanka, April 4 -- Former President Maithripala Sirisena will not make an in-camera statement in the Court regarding the Easter Sunday attack today (4), counsel for the former President, Anuja Premarathne, PC informed the Maligakanda Magistrate's Court yesterday.

The President's Counsel informed Magistrate Lochani Abeywickrama Weerasinghe that his client has already given a statement to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) recently regarding his recent controversial statement regarding the mastermind of the Easter Sunday bomb attack and therefore, he is not willing to give another statement in the Court.

This was when a motion filed by Attorney Sandeeptha Sooriyaarachchi was considered yesterday.
