Sri Lanka, Feb. 10 -- Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa said in Parliament yesterday that there are preparations to sell the Rs.8 billion Visumpaya belonging to the Urban Development Authority for Rs.4 billion.

The Opposition Leader said that a group of brokers are behind this racket. He said that information has been reported that this deal is being done outside the valuation set by the Government Valuer and he is questioning what is expected from the sale of these state resources.
