Sri Lanka, May 3 -- The Court of Appeal will deliver the order on whether to grant the interim order requested by Justice Minister Dr. Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe, PC over the enjoining order issued by the District Court of Colombo preventing him from functioning as the acting Chairman of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP), on May 7.

The Revision Application filed in the Court of Appeal by the Justice Minister was taken up for hearing before Justice D.N. Samarakoon and the parties concluded their submissions in the Court yesterday.
