Nairobi, May 3 -- The Ministry of Education has issued guidelines ahead of the reopening of schools on Monday.

For example, in schools hosting displaced persons, National Government Administration Officers have been asked to find alternative accommodation for those affected so that students can resume classes for the second term.

Parents have also been asked to ensure that their children get to school safely and on time. However, some students, especially those in boarding schools, resumed classes last week according to the school calendar.
