India, Feb. 16 -- Tata Motors is readying the Curvv SUV for launch in India this year, and this will be based on the Nexon platform and have a similar design language as well. Showcased in a close-to-production avatar at the recently concluded Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 (February 1 to 3), the upcoming Curvv will borrow a 1.5-litre four-cylinder diesel engine from the Nexon, making it another SUV to join the midsize SUV segment - which already includes the Kia Seltos and the Hyundai Creta - with the option of a diesel mill.
