India, March 17 -- Renault hopes to corner a sizable chunk of the worldwide pickup truck market with its next model, which will be based on the Duster. This reveal follows the worldwide launch of the Duster SUV and is meant to replace the Duster Oroch, which has a slightly bigger and more practical appearance. Its imminent release will cause a stir in several regions, most notably South Africa, where it will face off against tough competitors like the Scorpio X pickup truck. The next truck is expected to have enhanced off-road capabilities, even without complete 4WD gear, thanks to the CMF-B chassis that was recently upgraded. The Renault Niagara served as an early teaser for the concept, giving an idea of what has to come.
