India, March 13 -- 2024 will see Porsche bring 'no fewer than four new or considerably revised model lines' to the international market. These are the third-generation Panamera, the new Taycan, the second-generation Macan (in an electric avatar), and the 911 Hybrid. Yes, the iconic Porsche 911 will go partially electric this early summer. Codenamed 992.2, the upcoming Porsche 911 Hybrid sports car will get a retuned twin-turbo six-cylinder engine with an electric motor expected to draw power from a small, lightweight lithium-ion battery pack. The former will drive the rear wheels, while the latter will power the front wheels, hence the all-wheel-drive system.
