Jakarta, April 25 -- The Nusantara Capital City Authority (OIKN) introduced IKN Nusantara as a climate-resilient city at the recent 2024 Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (APVN) event.

"OIKN's policies and initiatives aim to realize a sustainable, inclusive, smart, and climate-resilient city," the authority's deputy for environment and natural resources, Myrna Safitri, said in a statement released here on Thursday.

OIKN participated in the "Climate Pathfinder Workshop," an APVN pre-event in Abu Dhabi. APVN was held from April 22-25, 2024.

Safitri said that the AVPN global conference gathers the world's leading philanthropists, social investors, and policymakers to announce new alliances and launch new funding potential.
